**(Please keep in mind after you finish your Orthodontic treatment, and now you have a great smile, we will provide you with a model of your finished aligned teeth.
Be sure to keep your model in a secure place; when you need replacement retainers and your teeth have not shifted, (which indicates you have been wearing your retainer), we will use your original undamaged model to fabricate new retainers. This is only if the patient keeps their model and wears their retainer as requested. For our patients convenience, the First set of retainers is Free, after the first set we commit to $100.00 replacement retainers, for the rest of the patients life, details upon request..If replacement is required due to loss, not wearing, breakage or misuse of any kind, we reserve the right to charge an additional replacement fee.
